Gardener Career
The Gardener Career came to The Sims 4 in the Seasons expansion pack.
The Gardener Career is a Work From Home Career, but you do have the option to send your Sim off to work.
To progress in the Gardener Career Sims will need to skill up their Gardening Skill. Their daily task is to Harvest Harvestables. The Work From Home Tasks include: Purchase Garden Seeds, Harvest a Plant, Research Gardening, Research a Plant, Fertilize a Plant, and Gift a Crop.
At Level 5 the Gardener Career branches into Botanist and Floral Designer. Both branches require Sims to improve their Gardening Skill. Work From Home Tasks for both branches include: Read a Gardening Skill Book, Fertilize a Plant,
The Botanist Branch requires Sims to improve their Logic Skill. Their Daily Task is to Harvest Harvestables. Work From Home Tasks include: Research Gardening, Take Cutting, Splice a Plant, Collect a Plant Microscope Sample, and Analyze a Plant Sample.
The Floral Designer Branch requires Sims to improve their Flower Arranging Skill. Their Daily Task is to Craft Flower Arrangement. Work From Home Tasks include: Harvest Flowers, Make Flower Arrangement, Gift a Flower Arrangement, Make Masterpiece Flower Arrangement, and Make Flower Arrangement with a Scent.
Gardener Career Levels
Description:
You’ve always had a green thumb, but now you think you can earn some green with it. You’ll start by doing a lot of planting and gardening, but keep at it, and you can find success in the science, or art, in doing so.
Level 1: Dirt-Digger

Botanist Branch
Branches into Botanist and Floral Designer
Description:
Do you have an interest in the science side of plants? Then use your knowledge to improve on nature! Botanists will analyze plants, write papers, and can eventually earn grants. You’ll also be eaten by...er...work with a lot of Cowplants.
Level 5: Plant Nerd
Description: [Sim name] has decided to take the next step and learn about the science of plants! Floral Designer Branch
Description:
Floral Designers will grow and use plants as their artistic medium. The main creative outlet will be using the Flower Arranging Table to create masterpieces. But you’ll start by trimming stems and leaves.
